Established since 2004, Distinction Property Services Ltd takes pride in the fact that it has been able to serve it’s valued clients for the past 20 years, many of them returning to start their next project with Distinction.
Originally working from a small office in Portishead, with the help of our clients, we have built up the reputation of being a highly reputable and trusted building company based in Bristol and the wider area, having won Master Builder Of the Year for the South West and runner up Nationally with the Federation of Master Builders. More recently Distinction won Best Builder for the region with the Local Authority Building Control.
We have had an amazing journey having completed over 4000 projects both large and small, domestic and commercial, we hold a strong relationship with our clients as almost every project has come from a recommendation, one of our greatest achievements is working on the 14th property in the same street, all word of mouth.
